High-Intensity Aerobic Intervals! 4mins work/4min rest - wear your heart rate monitor if you have one (Apple Watch/Whoop/Garmin/Polar belt) Bike Row Ski Treadmill Complete between 4-6 intervals. Can all be done on the same piece of kit of can be a mixture of kit. Make a note of the distance covered within the 4min time span though, so you have targets to try and beat.
Danny is the head of strength & conditioning and rehabilitation for the Injured Jockeys Fund. Danny's role is to lead on the sport science initiatives, S&C service provision and return to performance following injury. Danny has years of experience working with elite multi-sport athletes.
Glen Reed is an S&C Coach for the Injured Jockeys Fund at their Peter O’Sullevan Centre in Newmarket, where he is responsible for improving the athletic performance of the jockeys at the centre alongside end stage rehab. Glen has extensive experience in the industry as a coach with over 15+ years of coaching. He has his MSc in the field from Middlesex University and is accredited by the UKSCA.
Rob has worked for the Injured Jockeys Fund for the past 14 years. He has now progressed to being the Strength and Conditioning Coach at their Oaksey House rehabilitation centre in Lambourn. He has a magnitude of experience in injury rehabilitation and getting athletes back to optimal performance.
