How do I access my workouts?
Download the TrainHeroic app (iOS or Android) and log in with your team credentials. Your workouts will be listed under your assigned programs.
Can I do extra workouts?
Yes, you can complete additional optional workouts, but check with your coach if it might affect recovery or your main program.
