- Monthly online strength programming via TrainHeroic (updated every 4 weeks)
- Removing the stress and guess work of programming via periodised programming
- A community of like minded people working on getting strong, being athletic and living a active lifestyle
*note ‘Project R x S’ isn’t individualised training (however exercises maybe modified based on training age)
Who is it for?
- Fit and injury free individuals - Committed and determined people (must be commit for 12 weeks)
Structure:
- 3 blocks (each block is a superset so you’re in and out of the gym)
- block 1, is all about being able to absorb and express force
- block 2, main strength block
- block 3, accessory/ hypertrophy block
