Program X is the next stage of functional bodybuilding. This is the exact program I used to transform and rebuild my broken body at age 48 after 25 years of Military service in EOD and Special Operations. I shed 45 lbs of unwanted fat while simultaneously gaining strength and range of motion, something the "online experts" say can't be done.

Program X is the finished product A distillation of my years of experience and working with private clients. Using this approach you will regain your functional movement while gaining lean muscle mass and strength. It is not a bodybuilding program but a program intended to build up the body in the old school image of the original bodybuilders when performance still mattered.

We focus on big compound movements and moving your own body against resistance-think weighted body weight exercises. Our rep and set scheme is different from other programs and set on a linear progression plan where you will frequently set repetition personal records (PRs) weekly.

Program X is designed to help its athletes make continued progress while avoiding burnout and injury which happens all too frequently with plans that rely on HIT and circuit training programming.
