When can I start this pregnancy program?
You can begin at any stage of pregnancy! Our first trimester program is meant to be started around 6 weeks pregnant! Our programs are designed to adapt for each trimester with safe, guided modifications so you can move confidently throughout your entire pregnancy.
Are these workouts safe for all trimesters?
Yes. Each workout is built with trimester-specific considerations in mind, focusing on safe movement patterns, core and pelvic floor support, and avoiding common contraindications.
What if I’ve never worked out before pregnancy?
No worries! Our programs are beginner-friendly and progressive. You’ll start with foundational strength and mobility, then build up at a safe pace with guidance from our expert team. Keep in mind that we are happy to help you with any modifications you may need throughout your journey!
Will this help prepare me for labor?
Yes! We incorporate mobility, breathwork, and strength training that supports pelvic positioning, stamina, and body awareness — all of which help prepare you physically & mentally for labor. Additionally, our labor prep program has 5 days of mobility prep work to best prepare your body for birth.
What happens if I need modifications for pain or discomfort?
Inside our community and through the app, you’ll have direct access to our coaches (pelvic floor PT, chiropractor/doula, and prenatal trainer) who can help you adjust exercises as needed. Additionally, we have modifications listed in the description box for every exercise as well as in the PDF.
What does this program all include?
This pregnancy bundle includes 4 programs: first trimester, second trimester, third trimester, and labor prep - 44 total weeks of programming. This program bundle also comes with an educational PDF, an exclusive facebook support group & access to a pelvic floor PT, webster certified chiro/doula & pre/postnatal trainer. Purchase ONE time & have access to it forever.
