When can I start this program?
Our pregnancy program can be started at any stage of pregnancy and is safe to follow throughout each trimester. Our postpartum Phase 1 program can be started as early as 0–1 weeks postpartum with gentle breathing, mobility, and pelvic floor work. From there, we gradually reintroduce strength progressions at 6 weeks and beyond, helping you rebuild a strong foundation.
Can I do this program if I’ve never worked out before?
Absolutely! Our programs are beginner-friendly and include modifications to meet you where you are. Everything is designed to help you move safely and confidently, whether you’re new to exercise or more advanced. We are always happy to help modify even further if you need additional assistance.
Is this safe for pregnancy and postpartum recovery?
Yes! All programs are written and reviewed by a pelvic floor physical therapist, a chiropractor/doula, and a pre/postnatal certified trainer. Everything is designed to be safe and effective for each stage of pregnancy and recovery.
How is this different from other programs?
Unlike generic workouts, this program is tailored specifically for motherhood. You’ll get progressive workouts designed for pregnancy and postpartum, access to three expert coaches, lifetime app access with your one-time purchase, exclusive educational PDFs, and entry into our exclusive FB community of moms for ongoing support.
