Whether you just started playing volleyball, are an aspiring college athlete, or are just an adult player looking to ball out in some reverse 4's, the Prattletics Volleyball Training Team is for you.

It's no secret that volleyball players have no true off season. If you're not playing club you're playing high school, if you're not playing indoor you're probably playing outdoor, if you aren't practicing with a team you've got camps, clinics, or open gyms. This puts a toll on your body and makes it hard to keep up, leading to poor outputs, performance, and overuse injuries. This is why it is so important to train your body outside of volleyball frequently, intensely, and year-round.

This program will deliver 3 days of training per week, all year, utilizing the same methods used by top high school, club, and college athletes. These methods include strength training, jump training, speed & agility, plyometrics, and specific injury resistance methods to keep you on the court and ahead of the competition.

Workouts will vary slightly depending on the time of year/season we are in, accounting for the schedule of most high school and club volleyball athletes. Every workout will train the whole body and provide athletic development to keep you in volleyball shape, regardless of the time of year.

Charlie is a current collegiate Strength and Conditioning coach. He also trains high school and club volleyball players and has helped to prepare athletes for state and national competitions. Charlie trains to compete at a high level of volleyball himself as he plays with the Seattle Riptide Men's Volleyball Team which is a part of the Volleyball League of America (VLA).

Who is this training team for?
If you are a volleyball player who feels like you are capable of more and want to hold yourself to a higher standard but don't know where to start, this program is for you. It doesn't matter your age, experience, or ability, this program will be effective for anyone that wants to get better!
What does a training session look like?
Every training session will train the whole body and last about 45-60 minutes. We start with a warmup and "athletic development", involving plyometrics and athletic skills to practice. This preps you for the lift where we will work on power, strength, and resiliency for our upper and lower body.
How often do we train?
There will always be at least 3 training session programmed per week. Depending on the time of year, there may be a 4th day thrown in to help get the most out of the few down seasons that arise throughout the year.
What if I don't know proper technique?
Every exercise will have a thorough video and description of how to properly do the movement. There will also be different variations for exercises (some easier and some harder) depending on your level. You can also always reach out to Coach Charlie if there are still questions/concerns.
What's the commitment?
This training team is on a monthly subscription basis. Before starting there will be a 7-day free trial to see if you like this style of training. If you decide to continue with the team, you will be billed $50 monthly, and you can cancel any time!
