Our team option will come with a full 20-Week total program including programming for In-season, Off-season, Deloads, Meet Weeks, and Nutrition Coaching. You will workout in the gym 4 days of the week I have programed this to be flexibility as long as all 4 days are completed before the week comes to an end. I have also included areas of my Wellness Coaching experience in and will have additional programming on the remaining 3 days of the week to help you grow outside of the gym as well.

-Eligibility to Test Out for entry into our Power Club HOF

-Power Club Test Weeks will be at the end of each month and will follow USAPL guidelines.

Power Club Shirt/Levels: White, Gray, Purple, Black, Elite, & Life (you'll get the option to choose your own color) 

-Upon completion of a PCL, you will receive your very own T-Shirt customized with your name on it (must pay shipping)
-Access into our closed FB group, Discord channel, and will receive monthly analytics with virtual check-in (if needed)

-Eligibility to travel with our team and compete at Powerlifting events together in your own customized MEET WEEK shirt.

Accountability & Flexibility
I have crafted this program to be able to work around busy schedules. The 4 days programmed below are flexible, and have included breakdowns/modifications for life's curveballs. At the end of each week on our communal Rest & Reflect day I will send over analytics and am available to discuss wins/losses from the previous week and give guidance on how to apply lessons learned in the upcoming week.

FAQs
What Is Powerlifting?
Powerlifting consists of three attempts at max weight in three big lifts: Squat, bench press, and deadlift—in that order. PL deliberately manipulates variables to optimize performance and avoid injury, while valuing efficiency, safety, and strength
How do I find the right coach/program?
Please do not listen to coaches based on their social media presence or Instagram bio. Do some background searching around their experience and don't hesitate to send an initial message asking for more info. Even if it's not a good match, I will point you in the right direction.
How soon can I compete?
It’s natural to be excited about learning a new sport and want to jump right in, but remember to start where you are right now, and put in effort that’s sustainable. The athletes you see on competition platforms or social media started by lifting only an empty bar at first.
Are intellectual/developmental disabilities & injuries disqualifiers?
Absolutely NOT. I first specialized in functional fitness due to living with a chronic spinal injury (sport induced lumbar scoliosis), and believe that if you hire the right team of collaborating professionals you can do whatever you set your mind to. No journey nor success story is identical.
Can I hit my lift/fitness goals if I'm an under-eater?
I struggle under-eating myelf, but in short, answer is no. You need the proper nutrition to fuel and refuel the body in order to see success in any workout program LONG-TERM, protein being absolutely vital. Send me a message to schedule a brief/free nutrition coaching call to get on the right path.
