When can I start this program postpartum?
Our Postpartum Phase 1 program can be started as early as 0–1 weeks after birth. We begin with gentle breathing exercises, mobility work, and pelvic floor activation — safe movements you can do right away. These first 6 weeks focus on rebuilding your foundation before reintroducing progressive strength training, helping you recover and feel stronger from the inside out.
Is this program safe if I have diastasis recti?
Yes! This program is specifically designed to help heal and strengthen the core, including addressing diastasis recti with safe, progressive exercises.
What makes this different from other fitness programs?
We focus on more than “getting your body back.” This program is built around rebuilding a strong foundation: your core, pelvic floor, and overall strength. With education, support, and a holistic approach from a pelvic floor PT, chiro/doula, & pre/postnatal trainer we aim to help you thrive, not just survive, postpartum.
Will this help me lose weight?
While weight loss may be a natural result for some, our main focus is rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence. A healthy body composition comes as you consistently apply the tools you’ll learn here.
What does this program all include?
This postpartum bundle includes 3 programs (20 weeks of programming), an educational postpartum PDF, an exclusive facebook support group & access to a pelvic floor PT, webster certified chiro/doula & a pre/postnatal certified trainer. Purchase ONE time & have access to it forever.
