Platform Ready Programming is a team programme for athletes of any-level to help accelerate strength, master technique, and prepare you for competition.

Platform Ready Programming is an off-season programme for powerlifting, with a focus on building a bigger engine for the big three: the back squat, bench press, and deadlift.

The programme is a 4-day split, but you can choose to do any number of days you that work best for you. For best results we'd recommend the 4 days.

FAQs
Do I need experience?
Absolutely not, we have complete beginners to experienced athletes taking part in our online coaching
Can girls do it?
You should know the strongest person in our ranks pound for pound is a girl! So, YES!
How long does a training cycle last?
12 weeks typically, which is compromised of 3 four-week micro cycles of training
Where do I start?
You can jump in and out at any point, although we'd always advise adjusting the intensity and volume if it's been a while...
What happens when the training cycle ends?
A new cycle begins! You can drop-out at any point but we recommend seeing a full 12 weeks through to see the results.
Can I use this programme to prepare for competition?
Absolutely, the goal of the programme is to improve your overall strength, speed, and power. We'll always challenge you to improve your technique, time, and numbers. However, we'd always recommend bespoke coaching for specific preparation.
I have zero lifting experience, should I still try this?
Yes, it's beginner friendly. However, we recommend learning some basic barbell movements from a competent coach if you really want to excel.

"I would 100% recommend Taylor's strength to anyone interested in strength training. My programme has resulted in many kilos being added to each lift, and in the very short time I've been working with them!"

"I started about 18 months ago online coaching with Taylor's since then I have constantly shocked myself and pushed my body to the absolute limit. I’ve competed 3 times and got on the platform twice.. says a lot for a coach that can take a complete novice to the sport and develop them so quickly..."

"Best coach going. Been working with Danny for years, and hit numbers that I didn't think were possible."
