What does real-time training adjustment mean?
Your plan changes as your life does. If you're sore, traveling, stressed, or time-limited, your workouts are adjusted instantly—so you always stay on track, safely and efficiently.
How is the 5 hours of coaching used each month?
You can split the 5 hours across live movement reviews, performance strategy calls, program reviews, or mindset support. Book sessions as needed, and use messaging between calls. They could also be 5 hours of IN-PERSON training sessions.
Can this adapt to a busy or changing schedule?
Yes. The program is designed for professionals and athletes with demanding lives. We adapt volume, intensity, and even format to match your week—so nothing derails your progress.
Is this plan suitable for competitive athletes?
Absolutely. We provide sports-specific preparations for athletes across sports and training seasons.
Can I do this if I work full time or have a family?
Yes. Your plan fits around your real schedule, with flexibility in training days, session length, and focus. It's designed for high-performing adults managing careers, family, and training.
What assessments are required before I start?
You’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire and fitness profile. We may request medical clearance depending on your history. This helps us design your safest and most effective plan.
Can I follow this if I’m recovering from injury?
Yes. We tailor training to support your recovery, with regressions and movement alternatives built in. We also consult your health provider if needed to ensure safe progression.
Does this help with recovery and stress too?
Yes. We integrate nutrition, mobility, sleep, and stress strategies into your plan, and monitor fatigue. You’ll learn how to manage your energy and bounce back stronger.
Will this improve endurance and VO2 max?
Yes. We use targeted cardio formats—intervals, tempo, hill work, and aerobic conditioning—to improve cardiovascular capacity. Furthermore, you will be given choices for different modalities (bike, running, rowing) to match your fatigue, schedule and access to equipment that day.
Will I get help with nutrition and recovery?
Yes. You'll access expert resources on sleep, recovery, fueling, hydration, injury prevention, and stress. Your coach also supports implementation based on your schedule and goals.
Can I follow the plan while traveling often?
Absolutely. Whether you’re on the road or working odd hours, your plan is adjusted in real time. We offer travel-friendly alternatives and remote support to keep your momentum going.
What if I miss a workout or fall behind?
Life happens. Your program is flexible, and we’ll help you adjust without guilt. We simply re-align based on where you are now—no lost progress, no need to “start over.”
Can I train from home or with limited equipment?
Ideally, we recommend having access to a full gym or at least home gym with certain equipment. Nonetheless, we will tailor sessions to fit your available tools, whether that’s a full gym, hotel setup, or basic home equipment.
Who is this program ideal for?
It's perfect for high-achieving professionals and athletes who want expert coaching, structure, and long-term results—without having to sacrifice career or life commitments.
Do you support female athletes or older adults?
Absolutely. We offer resources and coaching tailored to hormonal shifts, joint health, stress response, and other considerations specific to women and aging athletes.
Can I also train in-person if I live nearby?
Yes. We offer hybrid support for local clients in the Grenoble area, including in-person sessions, assessments, or performance testing depending on availability.
What’s the minimum time commitment?
We suggest a minimum commitment of 12 weeks to allow for meaningful results and personalized adaptation. This reflects the depth and quality of coaching we provide.
Is the program refundable?
No. All payments are non-refundable, as significant time and expertise go into designing your customized training plan from the start.
Can I pause my subscription if needed?
You can pause training by contacting us, but due to TrainHeroic’s auto-renewal system, billing continues and time can’t be paused or extended. We recommend pausing only when necessary and timing your restart accordingly.
Do you offer family or partner pricing?
Yes. If you and a partner train together, the second subscription is 50% off. We also offer custom pricing for families and training groups—contact us to set up a plan that fits your goals.
Are there discounts or promotions?
Our prices reflect the depth of customization and support we provide. To protect quality, we do not offer discounts. We do, however, offer multi-month and family plans. However, you can save up to 30% with our multi-month or annual plans, and your training partner gets 50% off their subscription.
What happens if I cancel early?
If you cancel before completing your agreed training term, sessions and payments are non-refundable. This ensures fairness and respects the planning invested in your program.
