FAQs
How is this program different from others?
This bundle includes two programs to guide you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Barbell Before Baby is a 36-week program with modifications and education for every trimester, while Postpartum Rebuild is 18 weeks and follows three phases for recovery and strength.
Can I do this if I’m pregnant, postpartum, or not yet pregnant?
Yes! This bundle is adaptable for all stages of motherhood. Whether preparing for pregnancy, staying active through each trimester, or rebuilding postpartum, there are progressions and regressions to support you.
Will this help with Diastasis Recti or Prolapse?
Healing DR and managing prolapse take time. This program supports core and pelvic health, but we recommend working with a pelvic health physiotherapist for personalized care.
How do I know if I need to modify or progress?
We include an educational video on modifications and progressions. Each workout also has reminders to help you adjust based on how you feel that day.
Does this program include core work?
Yes! Core is integrated throughout, with breath, stability, and mobility focus in early postpartum, progressing to strength and impact work. Barbell Before Baby includes an optional core-dedicated day each week.
What does a workout look like?
Postpartum Rebuild begins with flexible workouts, progressing to strength, core, and basic plyometrics. Barbell Before Baby includes 3 strength days, 1 optional core, 1 mobility, conditioning and birth prep sessions.
I had a C-section. Can I do this program?
Yes! Once cleared by your provider, this program helps you rebuild safely. Progress at your own pace, as recovery timelines vary.
What if I don’t have much time to work out?
Both programs are designed to fit your lifestyle, with shorter sessions and flexible programming. The first 6 weeks of Postpartum Rebuild are especially adaptable.
Meghan is a physio, is this the same as working w/ a physiotherapist?
No, this is a Strength & Conditioning Program. While Meghan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, we recommend consulting a provider before starting any program.
