Making Powerlifting a Team Sport
Powerlifting has always been an individual sport. If you are new to powerlifting chances are you don't even know anyone else who powerlifts and you might not know where to start. We are changing this. Our Team-based approach to powerlifting will connect you with lifters across the globe to train and compete with side by side all while following expert guidance from the Kabuki Strenght Coaches.

Master your Technique
Using your body better is the fastest way to become a better powerlifter. We firmly believe that a powerlifter who can train without injury for a longer period of time will be more successful than a lifter who is constantly restarting. As you progress though each week our Coaches (and your teammates) will be standing by to give you technique feedback and drills to improve your barbell proficiency.

Train with Legends
Brought to you by the strength coaches behind the programming of legends like Chris Duffin (first person to squat and deadlift 1000+ lbs for reps) and Rudy Kadlub (strongest 70+ year old on the planet).

FAQs
When are the virtual competitions scheduled and how do they work?
Virtual competitions are quarterly with the first one starting in December. These virtual meets are hosted on the Brawn App (Google Play or App Store) under the events tab.
How does peaking on this program work?
There will be monthly training blocks that start with foundational movement and strength development, 8 weeks of increasing specificity and intensity. The last 30 days we peak and taper all of your hard work into success and new PR's!
Are we really being coached by Kabuki's coaching staff?
Absolutely. We're creating the team's training each day, we're live and on the team's message boards, and we're likely participating in the training alongside the rest of the team too.
Can I peak to compete in another meet outside the virtual meets?
Yes, you can train through the virtual meets and don't have to max out with help from our coaches. Just as important you can purchase a one time taper program that you own forever, it will have you platform ready in 30 days no matter where you are at in our training plan.
Should I do Teams Coaching or 1:1 Coaching?
Teams Coaching is a great starting place for any beginner or intermediate athlete. Teams are driven by a target outcome (i.e. strength, hypertrophy, mobility, etc..) and adjusted based on community feedback, whereas 1:1 Coaching is driven by the athlete's specific goals.
Do I have to make a long-term commitment?
Nope. You'll get your first 7 days absolutely free. From there, you'll pay monthly and can cancel at anytime from the app.
What’s the difference between Peak to Compete and Strong & Mobile?
Peak to Compete is designed for beginner and intermediate powerlifters who want to train to be a competitive powerlifter. Strong and Mobile is a general strength program with a large emphasis on improving mobility with barbell training.
