Balanced training and careful planning
We plan our training meticulously. Training will always cover phases of muscle growth, strength development, and performance. This will protect our athletes from physical risk and will help the individual stay engaged with training.

Mobility Prep

A

2 Rounds Couch Stretch x 90 seconds *The goal is to have rear shin vertical against wall, not on the lip or ledge of couch/bench* Loaded Butterfly x 90 Seconds *Use a plate or db on each side. You CAN have back against wall* If 90 seconds is too extreme: break it up however possible. The goal is to perform at 90 seconds without pain!

2 Rounds x 90 seconds Supine Piriformis Stretch *The goal is to progress to a pigeon stretch with the ability to keep a perfect position. Most people do the pigeon stretch incorrectly, stick with the regression* Pancake Middle Split Pike *We will progress to a middle split/pancake good-morning* If 90 seconds is too extreme: break it up however possible. The goal is to perform at 90 seconds without pain!

What Level of experience does this program cover?
This program can be applied to beginner level lifters who has a general grasp of technique and is still developing beginner levels of strength, all the way to the advanced lifter looking to qualify for national level competition. Our coaches work to adjust team training based on experience.
