FAQs
Can I join at any time?
Yes! We typically program in 6-week training cycles, so if you join mid-cycle, we'd suggest taking your first week with us at 70% effort and then pick up with us like normal the following week.
What if I'm new to lifting OR don't know how to perform a movement?
No sweat! We have movement demo videos with detailed lifting tips within our app. You can also get instant feedback on your lifts from Laurie and Bryan if you post a form check video!
What if I have nutrition, fitness, and/or programming questions?
Feel free to ask questions in our app or Facebook Community Group, we love giving detailed coaching responses! We also love when members share Form Check Videos so we can provide feedback on their lifting technique!
Can I follow Paragon while training for a Hyrox or half/full marathon?
Yes and YES! You'd love our Hybrid Cardio/Lift program. It's for our runners, Hyrox lovers, and anyone who enjoys combining lifting AND cardio.
What if I love CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting?
You'd love our Strength/Metcon program. All the things you love: strength training, weightlifting, metcons, gymnastics, conditioning - but thoughtfully put together in a way that won’t leave you feeling beatdown or burnt out.
