FIELD SPORT ATHLETE Program is geared towards those in predominantly in contact sports, Lacrosse, Rugby, Soccer, etc...
This program is built upon general principles of strength and conditioning guaranteed to produce results. Each day will consist on a full body workout with jumping, sprint mechanics, strength, muscle volume, and joint and muscle resilience tied in.
You get THREE days of programming, from start to finish in the weight room. Access to a team chat and of course directly to me if you have any questions.
