Is this programme fit for all?
Absolutely! This programme is designed for all ability levels with progressions and regressions built in to the coaching notes to cater for all levels.
Can I cancel if it is not for me?
You can cancel anytime you like if you decide the programme does not suit your needs.
What if I do not have access to certain equipment?
The programme is written in a way that it will always provide alternatives for certain movements that require specific pieces of equipment, armed with that knowledge you will be able to adapt if necessary.
What if i get stuck or do not understand certain information?
There is a message board built into the app, any question you may have is guaranteed to be answered within 24 hours.
