Hey! my name is Ty Long this is my program that I do weekly for my own career and had the idea to help young punters, kickers, and snappers get bigger, faster and stronger. This is a Program I have developed over my 7 years pro! Its always changing, and you'll always feel like your building your body to be more functional, faster, and stronger! I try to be as descriptive as possible and have great videos to really show you how to do each and every workout!

6 sessions per week
Must use App app to view and log training
Team Training
This entire program will need a gym membership. You might need to buy some bands from a Dicks sporting goods or any sporting goods store. But Pretty much everything can be done in most gyms!
