Pull ups are without a doubt one of the toughest exercises. It sets apart people who are truly in control of their body. I am taking that to the next level. This team is about achieving and mastering the one arm pull up. Join me on that journey.

These workouts are designed to progressively build your strength and are short enough to be done after your regular workout. Be aware that this type of training puts a fair amount of stress on your elbows and shoulders so take it slow to start and listen to your body!
