Build explosive power. speed, strength, and endurance to improve your 60-yard dash time, exit and throwing velocities, reduce injury risk, and improve your overall ability to play the game. Emphasis is placed on protecting the throwing shoulder and elbow from injury.  Ages 12 and up. LET'S GO!!!

Equipment
Recommended
Gym access or if you do not have access to a gym then dumbbells // resistance bands // a foam roller // foot sliders // and an exercise mat will help. That being said // you can also perform this workout with one dumbbell and a foam roller as I can make adjustments to your exercises.
