This program is for baseball players looking to get a scholarship, get drafted to Major League Baseball, or players who are already playing professional baseball who are looking to improve their game and reduce their injury risk. This program focuses on building all the physical attributes that make a baseball player great: explosive power, speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, and durability. Moreover, the program focuses on protecting the throwing shoulder and elbow to reduce injury risk to these crucial joints. So, LET'S GO!!!

Learn how to build and transfer power from the ground up through your legs to your core to hit for more power, improve your range, and run faster.

Improve your range and base-running ability by improving your overall speed. Speed is trained every session with sprints and weighted sprints if you have access to a sled.

Perform exercises for the rotator cuff, shoulder blade muscles, arms, and forearms to reduce your risk for injury in the shoulder and elbow.
