We use simple compound lifts and accessory exercises with free weights and bodyweight. You will become stronger, faster and able to endure more physical and mental stress. That is our promise.

+18 years backround in different sports at national level, such as american football, weightlifting and crossfit gives me a broad spectrum in understanding different training styles to achieve a goal. +10 years coaching regular folk as well as olympic athletes creates a wide lense for different needs for different stages in life and fitness. Small garage is where I most often get after it!

FAQs
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING?
Some experience from compound lifts like the squat and the deadlift is a benefit, though, the program will guide to you lift with better technique and offer alternative exercises if needed. We offer 1 on 1 Coaching for those wanting to master the techniques and get the most out of their training.
WHO IS THE PATH DESIGNED FOR?
For the ones with a busy life wanting to use the minimum amount of time training and get the maximum amount of results. We do, also, take into consideration the ones wanting to train more than twice a week by offering two extra optional training sessions weekly.
