The Nussbaum Performance Training Team is going to deliver high quality training every week. This programing is refined by work with all types of athletes, and population of clients.
This program is focused on making you an athletic weapon. We are going to hit all facits of training: Sprints (loaded, unloaded), max intent jumps, plyos, power, strength hypertophy, and different forms of cardio. All this training periodized to be an **ABSOLUTE ATHLETIC WEAPON. **
This team is going to include leaderboards and a chat so you can interact with other members and myself to ask any questions or to challenge people.
The split right now is:
Monday: Early Acceleration and COD, Jumps & Total Body Strength (Lower Focus)
Tuesday: Low Intensity Aerobic Conditioning, Mobility & Maintenance Work
Wednesday: Late Acceleration, OLY Lifts, Throws & Total Body Strength (Upper Focus)
Thursday: Tempo Aerobic Conditioning, Arms & Mobility
Friday: Max Velocity, Plyometrics & Total Body Strength (Lower Focus)
Saturday: Upper Body Strength, Hypertrophy & Aerobic Power Conditioning
This is going to be some good hard training, aimed at getting you to run your fastest, jump your highest and farthest, and lift the most you have in your life.

Ryan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with his MA in Exercise Science. He currently works at X3 Performance, working with athletes all the way from the NFL to middle school and everyone in between.
