Next Level Competitive Program is designed to increase strength, gymnastics capacity, and conditioning. This specific program is built for individuals who strive to compete in the sport of CrossFit at the next level. Spending three to four hours in the gym a day is impossible for 99% of us, that is why each day is created to be completed between 90 minutes and 2 hours. Taking the approach of quality over quantity keeping intensity and focus high on every training session building the confidence everyone needs to compete.
