We don't do new trendy influencer exercises every week. We stick to the basics (Squat, Press, Hinge, Thrust, Pull, Carry), make gains using the proven principle of progressive overload week to week, and then shift into new programming every four weeks.

We incorporate heart healthy cardio in a way that supplements muscle gains and challenge one another to push through one more round.
