Welcome to my GRPE - Get Real Physical Education - a 5 day a week programme, running year round. It will help build Strength and Conditioning, and is for everyone who wants to starve off injury, stay fit and healthy. Being athletic isn't just for elite sports men and women, its for everyone. These sessions will help improve all facets of health and fitness as well as being fun and engaging, with different phases throughout the year.
