I created MVMT Manual for the ones who have a FULL TIME LIFE but are done wishing for a lean, muscular, athletic body and are ready to go earn it. Not a beach body that folds the second real weight hits the bar or when the real demands of life show up — but body that's strong, explosive, built to move, & built to LAST.

Here, we don't separate size from strength or strength from athleticism. We build all three together — with attention to movement quality, joint health, and recovery so the results actually last.

Every bit of this programming has been tested on me first, in my own pursuit of the best physique possible while chasing elite strength & athleticism at the same time. If it's not good enough for me, it's not good enough for you.
