FAQs
Can I join at any point in time?
Yes, you can. My training is progressive and it builds on itself. But it is still okay to jump right in.
Do I have to be an Advanced lifter?
No, you can be at any fitness level.
What if I don't know how to do an exercise in your program?
Youtube and Google are your best friend. You can ask me as well, but make sure you do a quick search beforehand in case it can answer your question. Most exercises in my program are not going to be difficult to perform.
