This program is designed to simply work. If you need to build a foundation of strength and muscle endurnace this is the program for you. These progressions will work as long as you are consistent and take care of yourself. I have worked in the fitness world for over 15 years and seen every program out there. If you follow this it will make you stronger and build muscle endurnace. This will give you a foundation in joint, tendon, and legiment strength that will keep you in the game and make you ready for our other programs or any challenge you want to move towards.
