What Sports will this program be best utilized for?
Most team sport athletes will benefit from this program. The fact is most sports require the same movement patterns and athletes will all see benefit to improved strength, speed, and agility.
How any Days a Week?
4-5 days a week. Weekends will typically have no programming. The work week will be Monday through friday with wednesday being a recovery day.
What if I am not an athlete?
That's ok! Anybody who wishes to take control of their movement and their body will benefit fro utilizing this program.
