In this phase, the emphasis is on increasing intensity and weight, building on the foundation established in Phase 1. You'll continue to master technique and control, ensuring that each rep effectively targets your muscles while protecting your joints. By the end of Phase 2, you'll have significantly increased your muscle mass for the upcoming challenges in Phase 3.

Phase 3: Move Pain Free
This phase emphasises high-intensity workouts with functional movements that mimic real-life activities. The goal is to build strength and muscle that supports functional, everyday activities, all while avoiding joint pain. By the end of this final phase, you'll achieve peak performance, showcasing your strength and muscle gains without compromising joint health.
