The mobility movement is a community created to improve full body mobility (strength and flexibility)
It is for people who struggle with everyday aches and pains and are in need of a remedy.
It is for people who have difficulty moving into basic positions such as bending over to pick something up or sitting comfortably on the floor.
It is for people who are wanting to improve their sports / recreational performance but know they are tight and restricted.
The week is separated into three 20 - 30 minute sessions which cover all areas of the body.
Every four weeks, the sessions are developed and progressed with new movements and challenges.
Perhaps what is most unique about the mobility movement community is that it is carefully monitored by its creator, Jake.

Jake is the head coach and founder of Restorement Coaching. He has over 7 years experience as personal trainer and coach. He has worked in many different capacities, from a strength and conditioning tutor to lead sport scientist in professional football. In more recent years, he has qualified as a mobility coach and focuses on physical therapy work to treat his clients physical ailments.
