Is this Program only for sprinters?
Not at all. Sprinting is one of the best ways to develop speed, power, and athleticism, so the program is built around sprint training. But you don't have to be a track athlete to benefit. If your goal is to get faster, move better, and become a more explosive athlete, this program is for you.
Do I need access to a track?
No. While a track is great if you have one nearby, most of the workouts can be completed on a field, turf, grass, or any safe area where you can sprint. The goal is to make speed training accessible no matter where you train.
What level athlete is Max Speed designed for?
