Who is this program for?
This program is for grapplers that want to improve their performance and become strong & explosive.
How many days a week is the program?
The program has 6 total days of programming. 3 days that require you to be in the gym and 3 days that can be done at home. Although the 3 home days should preferably be done at the gym in order to perfrom the optional cardio section.
Is this program for all levels?
Yes, whether you're a white belt or a black belt, this program will help you reach your goals. It is preferable to have some gym experience though.
What if I have an injury?
if you're still recovering from an injury, then it is preferable to refrain from joining the program and join when you have completed your rehab.
