How much communication will I get with Tyler?
Complete. The team chat will be alive and well, but I am also in this chat like a hawk. Any questions you have I am right there. Ask away.
Who is this programming for?
Anyone and everyone. No matter your age or build, you NEED muscle on your body, especially as you age. If you want life to be easier overall, you simply have to lift heavy. No one in the fitness world with a brain disagrees on this.
Is this programming individualized?
It is not, but we can offer substitutes on specific exercises if they are not performable for you, or if they cause discomfort/pain. Otherwise, this is one program for ALL levels of fitness experience. Muscles work the same no matter which human being they are on. This program is how you grow them.
How hard is this REALLY going to be?
Look, there's not going to be any sprinting, jumping, short rest times, burpees etc. This is calculated hypertrophy work and strength training. The hardest part about this program will be bringing the intensity during the sets. You have to push HARD.
What's YOUR fitness background, Tyler?
I was 130lbs my entire life; basically skeletal. I got a personal trainer myself, and while he was largely influential to me, definitely led me down a wrong path or two and I ended up being 185lbs. To put it bluntly; I was fat. I've cut down to 163 and am steadily building muscle to this day!
