This program is perfect for the ex-athlete or anyone looking to gain size and strength in the gym. Every rep and set is what we do during our workouts throughout the week to keep pushing ourself to goals. We will update with a new program every month as our 4-week cycle changes.

The program will include demo videos from us. As well as access to our coaches and fellow Mach Strength members within TrainHeroic. This program is designed for our M1 trainers and we are inviting you along to join our journey in the weightroom.

Shane Anderson is a Sports Performance Coach and Personal Trainer from Phoenix, AZ. He graduated from the University of Nevada in 2011 where he played football for the Wolf Pack and holds the school record for wide receivers in the bench press and back squat. Shane competed in Olympic Weightlifting up until 2016 in which he was ranked 18th in the nation for his weight class.

Mik has coached athletes for the last 6 years, he’s helped them make gains in strength, speed, confidence, and mentality. As an Olympic athlete, he placed in the country’s top 50. He has found his passion in coaching the athletes who have already been counted out. Who have a dream that seems too crazy and too big to others. He understands what it’s like to be doubted,

An NYC native, Arthur, comes to Arizona after playing four years at Texas A&M Int. University, where we won a national title, and professional basketball in Brazil where he was born. Arthur found joy in training general population clients who want to take their fitness journey to a new level! Arthur loves to his personal training clients crush their goals and become stronger and happier than ever!

Who is this team for?
This team is for any ex-athlete or average gym goer that wants to really challenge themselves in the gym. This program is not for the faint of heart and will push you to the edge of your comfort zone.
Is this custom programming?
This program is designed for our M1 trainers and we are inviting you along to join our journey in the weightroom.
How will I be coached?
M1 trainers will check in with the team every day. We will answer any questions you have about technique, programming, and help you push you to your goals.
