Self-Exploration includes six days of programming using various equipment and exercise modalities from conventional to unconventional, functional training to body building techniques, to mobility and relaxation exercises. Our intention is to not only to explore physical limits, but to expand our being and harmonize mind, body, and spirit. We want to deepen the connection between the Human and the Being, and create a more aware, conscious community that will withstand today's world of instant gratification and misinformation. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, better movement, endurance, or simply, health- it will be naturally achieved within this team, for we program with a deeper intention in which all of the above is secondary. Self-Exploration is all about curiosity. Exploring the limits we impose on ourselves until we begin to realize that there are no limits. This is done with being mindful and intentional which is coached throughout the program, enhancing self-awareness and leading to self-actualization. In this team, we use everything in our disposal to let go of who we are, only to discover and become what we might be.

Our holistic-mindful approach to fitness aims to create a balanced you. To have mastery over the body- having strength, flexibility, and mobility, while having mastery over the mind. We aim to have your training transfer onto your approach to life and create harmony and inner peace. You will become self-aware, and more connected to the person you want to be. Connected to your "why" and purpose.

I believe we all have a purpose, a unique mission of some sort, a "Personal Legend". I have come to learn that if we allow ourselves to see the interconnectedness of life, how we train our body can have direct transferability to our purpose and meaning in life. This is the passion behind our methods, programming with the intention of exploring the Hero within you. You will learn who is inside.
