Mind-body connection includes six days of programming, daily "check-ins", weekly wellness coaching and teaching points on well-being, and monthly meditations. Our intention is to not only to explore physical limits, but to help connect to your being and bring about harmony of your mind, body, and spirit as we experience today's environment. We want to deepen the connection between the Human and the Being, and create a more aware, conscious community that will withstand today's world of instant gratification and misinformation. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, better movement, endurance, or simply, health- it will be naturally achieved with our programming, for we program with a deeper intention in which all of the above is secondary. Being part of the Mind-Body Connection team, we will use mindfulness along with our exercise programming to enhance awareness of self- not just physically but process our way of thinking, this will be done with using our body weight with minimal to no equipment at all. Great for those who want to experience Enkrateia who have little equipment, all levels of fitness are welcome!
