The Legs-Maxxed Team is designed with beginner and intermediate athletes in mind. This is a hypertrophy-focused program meaning it is designed purely for maximizing muscle growth. This team is guaranteed to build muscle on your entire body, with a primary focus on the lower-body musculature.
This training is managed on a weekly basis, with mesocycles lasting 12 weeks, meaning new exercises are programmed every 12 weeks to help keep training fresh and interesting and adapt the body to new skills and techniques.
The training is managed by Coach Zach Sparks, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science, meaning the training is developed with the up-to-date hypertrophy literature in mind.
This program is for athletes who are willing to commit to seven day programming (3 days of resistance training, 4 days of cardiorespiratory training), as well as keep up with their nutrition, sleep, and water-intake self sufficiently.
With all that in mind, the programming is as cheap as it gets for the quality, set at only a little over 1$ a day for premium hypertrophy-focused training.
