With three guided workouts each week, Longevity targets what matters most as you age: building strength, improving range of motion, supporting joint health, increasing bone density, and enhancing balance and coordination. Every session is carefully structured to be effective, safe, and adaptable to your fitness level.

3 Workouts A Week
Each 4-week cycle will have 3 prerecord workouts a week. These workouts will target the whole body: from gaining flexibility, increasing range of motion and improving strength and balance.

Workout On Your Own Time
These workouts can be done anywhere, anytime and with minimal equipment. The pre recorded videos will help you understand how to do the exercises and what to focus on.
