I started Olympic weightlifting in 2015 and became a University National Champion in Mexico. I’ve competed in over a dozen national and local events, gaining experience at every level. More than discipline, it’s passion that drives me, a love for the process of getting stronger, more technical, and focused. That same passion now fuels my coaching.

Do I need experience to start?
Absolutely not. My coaching is designed for all levels from complete beginners to national competitors. I’ll guide you through the fundamentals, teach you proper technique, and progress at your pace.
Do you offer remote/online coaching?
Yes! I offer both in-person and remote coaching. Online athletes receive personalized programming, technique feedback via video, and regular check-ins to ensure progress.
How often will I train?
It depends on your goals, schedule, and training history. Most programs are 3–6 days per week. We’ll find the frequency that supports progress without burning you out.
