This program is written for hardworking men who live close to the land. Hunters, outdoorsmen, cowboys, and blue-collar workers who want to be strong in the gym and capable everywhere else. Built from years under the bar, in the mountains, and in the Army infantry, it’s designed to pack on size that turns heads, build lasting strength, and give you conditioning that carries over to real life.

You’ll train heavy with the basics, add muscle with focused accessory and bodybuilding work, and grind through carries, ruck marches and conditioning that keep you ready for the hunt, the harvest, running chainsaws, long workdays, and whatever else the wild throws your way.
