Every workout is crafted to challenge your strength, build muscle and sculpt your physique like never before. I make each program to focus on maximally increasing our strength and hypertrophy outcomes. The approach is overwhelmingly simple, effective training is simple in nature. Easy though? not in the slightest, you will push yourself to new limits.

In the Lions Den you wont just train -- you'll grow. This strategic programming will target every muscle with equal volume allocated to each body part, with the use of proper biomechanics, and resistance profiles to elevate your progress like never before and teach you how to properly leverage exercises to fit your structure.

We will use tempos, different rep ranges in each phase and certain intensity techniques to ensure that you will GROW.

Whether you are a seasoned lifter or looking to take your gains to the next level, the Lions Den is where growth happens. Work hard, stay CONSISTENT (sleep, nutrition, training), follow my direction and i can guarantee you will grow like never before. Do the opposite, in inconsistency and foot half in, half out work and i can guarantee you zero progress. Who is this training for?
Intermediate to advanced lifters, deeper into the programs we will be using advanced training techniques to test your limits. beginner lifters may join at their own discretion! proper lifting skill and knowledge should be achieved beforehand.
What equipment will I need?
a commercial/conventional gym is required. We will be using barbells, dumbbells, cables and machines.
How can i access the training?
The training will be delivered through the TrainHeroic app on both IOS and Android. You will create an account and your training will be written each week specific to the programs goals that cycle. Each exercise and program will have detailed instruction laid out by myself.
