What if I lack a piece of equipment?
Throw it in the chat and we will find an alternative movement that is similar.
Why are the cardio sessions optional?
Because we understand that your priority is mat time and not being a triathlete. You should be going hard on the mats and honing your craft as much as possible. The cardio days are there to supplement the mat work when you cannot train. Do them all or prioritize BJJ. The gas tank will come.
Why do you recommend watching the videos beforehand?
Because when you get to the gym it is time to work, not play on your phone. Watch the videos the night before or sometime before the session so that when you get there you can grind. If you need a reminder they are right there the whole time and you can refresh your memory.
