But over the years of coaching myself and my clients, I've been able to break through any limits I thought were possible before all while overcoming injuries. I'll make sure to add in bulletproofing exercises to take care of your joints, and leverage my knowledge to keep you in the game for longer.

FAQs
Who is this program for?
This program is designed in a way that will work for anyone who wants to get stronger, regardless of age, gender, or experience training. Whether you're a total beginner or have been lifting for years, this program is a sure way to fly past your previous plateaus, and get stronger.
What if I miss a day of workouts?
Don't stress about missing a day, just get right back into the program on the current date and keep going! You're also able to complete the workouts when you have time during the week. For example, if we train M, W, F, S. You could complete the workouts Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri. Make sure you recover!
What should I expect on an average training day?
Expect to start out with compound movement, then accessories or joint bulletproofing work, a little bit of conditioning, and expect to make serious gains! The sessions will last anywhere from 60-90 minutes.
How much communication will I get with the coach?
As much as you feel you need! You are always welcome to ask me questions on the app, or through email at strongerwithtanner@gmail.com
