Who is this training for?
This program is for anyone who desires the youthful, energetic, and sculpted body they deserve. This program is for all ages and genders with at least 3 months experience in fitness.
When can I jump into the training?
You can jump in anytime! Although we do focus on progressive overload and cycling exercises every 8-12 weeks, you can still start the program anytime.
Do I only need to commit to 4 days a week of training?
We have found to most successful results with clients training 3-4 days a week at MOST! We don’t believe in spending hours in the gym 7 x days a week.
Can I train from home with this program?
Only if you have the minimum required equipment. To see the best results you’ll need most of the required equipment. However, Lift Walk Sprint does have an At Home Warriors Program specifically designed for warriors training at home. Check it out!
Are there any exercise or equipment substitutes?
We understand some gyms may not be stocked with all the necessary equipment, so some exercise may have substitutes in the description. However, if you need a substitute reach out to Coach Patrick he will give you the best alternative.
