Is Courtney really coaching us?
Absolutely! I’ll be providing all of the programming and feedback along your journey.
How long will each session take?
Be prepared to spend about 45 minutes to an hour in the gym.
Do I really need to belong to a gym?
It is strongly encouraged that you have access to a gym to complete this program. Access to machines and heavier weights allow us to progressively challenge our muscles so that we can achieve actual results.
