I've built this team around my own workouts and the way that I actually train.

We'll focus on getting stronger with our main movements and there will be an added emphasis on accessory movements for aesthetics & for working on our weaknesses & imbalances.

We'll all be learning along the way and we'll take a "build it" approach to getting stronger, becoming confident, & creating the physique you want.

Is Lindsay Really Coaching Us?
Yep! I'll be programming your training and coaching the team along the way.
How long does each session take?
You should expect to spend about an hour each day training, 4 days per week.
What if I don't have access to all of the equipment?
I'm going to provide substitutions for exercises so you'll be able to swap movements in and out as you need to.
How Do I Receive the Program?
I've partnered with TrainHeroic to deliver each training session and our entire community through an app. You'll get a welcome email where you'll find a link to download the app and to log into your account.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Nope. You'll pay for a month at a time and you can cancel anytime. And, your first 7 days are on me!
