Everybody dies, but not everybody lives. Life Outside was created to help you build confidence, overcome fear, and ultimately live life to the fullest. I Aviana, am here to remind you to push yourself outside your comfort zone every chance you get. Where there is fear, there is opportunity to grow. Where there is lack of confidence, it just means you haven't been consistent enough yet. Through my own experiences. fighting my own traumas, fears, and setbacks, I have come to learn that challenging myself in new ways has allowed me to become stronger mentally and physically. I would be lying if i said it was an easy road. Although changing negative thoughts and overcoming life setbacks is not easy, just knowing its not impossible, should tell you there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I know what your thinking, what does this have to do with my physique? Everything!!! And I'm here to show you and help you in a way that no other trainer has done. You have to get out of your own way mentally, get out of the negative thoughts and believe in yourself that you can do it! Belief is half the battle, then the work you put in, then consistency. Putting personal back into personal training. I want to know everything about you so we can work through the nitty gritty of why youre not where you want to be and finally make some progress together.

How many days do I train with you?
I have several options for you because I truly want you to be successful this time. I can program anything that works with your schedule. You will be successful if you are consistent. (minimum of two days)
What style of training do you do?
Weight training, Mindset, body weight, and functional style training.
Do you train in-person?
I train both in-person (depending where you live) and online. I also have a hybrid program.
Do you offer meal plans?
Rather than give you a meal plan to follow, I teach you what is important in order to see progress. We will analyze your individual diet, and I will give you guidelines to follow to achieve your goal physique. Proper nutrition is key to seeing progress in the gym.
What do you mean by mindset training?
Mindset training is about being nicer to yourself and giving yourself grace for not being where you want to be. In order to step forward, we must first, give ourselves grace for where we have been and what we have been through. It is there that we truly are ready to transform.
