This program is built for wrestlers and any other combat athlete who want to develop real athleticism, not just lift weights. This is a long-term athletic development program through a proven system that combines strength, speed, mobility, and neural training.

Training is 100% virtual, structured 4 days per week, balancing intensity, recovery, and progression so you can stay consistent and explosive all year. You can do it at home, commercial gym, or at Level Up.

You’ll follow year-round programming built with major tournaments in mind, designed to help you peak at the right time and perform when it counts. Whether you’re in-season, off-season, or somewhere in between, every phase helps you move better, shoot faster, and dominate in every position.
