This is a comprehensive training program tailored to hockey players but can be used by multi-sport athletes such as lacrosse, football, wrestlers. The goal of the program is get you ready and geared up to perform at a high level by the start of the season, continue to gain strength and speed throughout the season and then peak towards the end of the season come playoff time. I have trained 30+ hockey players in the last two years and have watched multiple 15-18 year old high school/AA/AAA hockey players take my programming, put in the work and walk away stronger, faster and more confident during the season. Coach JJ has either been playing, coaching or training hockey players for the last 15 years.
